Knitastic

What I've learned about sewing with knits:
Use the right ball point needle for the weight of the knit fabric.
If the knit fabric starts to get all rolly, stop.
I can not fold the knit fabric over twice and expect it not to get all rippled and rolly.
If I'm using a knit, I might be able to eliminate the zipper!
I might be a size small in New Look patterns for knit shirts. Because the shoulder seam is enormous for size medium.
General:
Set the sleeve in first and then sew the sleeve seam and bodice seam.
Adding a flounce to the end of a sleeve is super cute!
I need to start making more shirts. I can only wear skirts and dresses for 3 months of the year.
